1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PROD BY C4 website (prodbyc4.com) and the purchase of digital beat licences offered by C4. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase any licences.

2. Licence Types & Usage Rights

PROD BY C4 offers three licence tiers. Each tier grants specific rights as described on the beat card and in the PDF licence agreement delivered to your email upon purchase.

• Basic Lease — Non-exclusive. Permitted for up to 5,000 audio streams and up to 2,500 unit sales. Credit must be given to "C4" or "prodbyc4".
• Premium Lease — Non-exclusive. Permitted for up to 500,000 audio streams and unlimited unit sales. Broadcast rights included. Credit must be given to "Prod by C4".
• Exclusive Rights — Full ownership transfer. Unlimited streams, sales, and broadcasting. The beat will be removed from the store and will not be licensed to anyone else. Credit must be given to "Prod by C4".

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All beats remain the intellectual property of C4 until an Exclusive Rights licence is purchased. Purchasing a Basic or Premium Lease does not transfer ownership of the underlying beat. You are granted a limited, non-revocable licence to use the beat in accordance with the terms of your purchase. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the beat file itself is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely via our payment partner. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a beat file has been downloaded or licence agreement delivered, except where required by UK consumer law.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our beats for any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purpose. Specifically, you may not:

• Resell, lease, or redistribute the original beat file.
• Claim ownership of the instrumental or remove production credits.
• Use the beat in content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.
